Chinese technology corporation Xiaomi recorded a record adjusted net profit of 11.3 billion yuan (USD 1.59 billion) in the third quarter of 2025, which is 80% more than in the same period of 2024, the company said in its financial report.
Quarterly revenue reached 113.1 billion yuan (USD 15.9 billion), an increase of 22.3% year-on-year, according to company data published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Revenue from innovative business areas, including electric vehicles and artificial intelligence, reached a record 29 billion yuan (USD 4.08 billion), an increase of 199.2% compared with the same period in 2024. In the third quarter, Xiaomi Auto delivered nearly 109,000 electric vehicles. The automotive division's revenue during the period tripled to 28.3 billion yuan (3.98 billion USD).
Xiaomi was founded in 2010 in Beijing. Since 2018, its shares have been traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Initially, the company produced smartphones and various consumer electronics. At the end of March 2024, Xiaomi introduced its first electric car.
