Boyko Borisov's statement does not provide obvious answers. A strange theatrical performance by Borisov, but it created a political crisis. This was said by the co-chairman of "Yes, Bulgaria" Bozhidar Bozhanov in the show "Face to Face" on bTV.
I see this crisis in several layers. The first is a dispute between the three prime ministers - Zhelyazkov, Borisov and Peevski, who should actually be prime minister. Borisov has repeatedly said that if he were prime minister, he would do so and so. He really wants to be prime minister, but he needs to check if Peevski allows it. The second layer of this crisis is what Ivaylo Mirchev sent as an SMS to Borisov. What is happening to him in Pazardzhik is a result of Borisov's fear and his refusal to join the "sanitary cordon" against Peevski and to limit him, Bojanov pointed out.
But the basis of the systemic political crisis, not only in this parliament, but in the last few years, is that the judiciary is in the hands of Peevski and that the services are in the hands of Peevski. Political decisions are made for non-political reasons. Because by holding the judiciary, the Supreme Judicial Council, the Prosecutor General, Peevski can direct political processes with criminal procedural methods, added the co-chairman of "Yes, Bulgaria".
In Pazardzhik, Peevski showed Borisov that when he does not provide him with the votes, but takes them for himself or for some other proxy, then Borisov becomes sixth, Bojanov noted.
According to him, Borisov requested action in the Ministry of Internal Affairs because he saw that Peevski controls the ministry. "This is not the first time that Borisov has been angry with Daniel Mitov. He said the professional or political leadership. We have repeatedly said that the Secretary General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is Peevski's man. It turns out that Borisov wants to remove these people," Bozhanov also said.
In order not to get into the real topic of the political crisis, Borisov began to look for arguments - how much money Gutsanov asked for, what kind of junkies Kiselova is going to. We are in a crisis of a government that is starting to shake in the eighth month. I cannot guess what the motives are to divert attention from one thing and send it to Kiselova, Bozhanov said regarding Borisov's words about the Speaker of Parliament.
Regarding Kiselova's resignation, I recall that we gave her a credit of trust. When she violated the sanitary cordon - we withdrew our trust. If there is a procedure for her resignation - we will not support Kiselova. Just as we will not support another candidacy, Bozhidar Bozhanov explained.
