“What we have been watching in recent days was meaningless theater. They wasted the time of the people and the state at a key moment when the most important issues should be discussed - the budget, the state of the economy and finances, our future next year.“, said Cornelia Ninova in an interview with Bulgarian National Radio - –Stara Zagora”.
The leader of &ndquo;Unruly Bulgaria“ commented on the current political situation: “Borisov farted like a young lady for losing the elections in Pazardzhik, and that Peevski outplayed him there. He put on some theater and then, literally 24 hours later, he backed away from his own plans.“
„Peevski has decided what will happen. It will remain the same – a false, thieving and incompetent government. They have lost valuable time for Bulgaria.“
Ninova was categorical about the behavior of the BSP: „The BSP finally knelt down, without thinking. They said – we are ready for anything, just to have a government. The visible result is the complete collapse of the BSP. They know that they will no longer enter parliament. They know that they betrayed their voters. This is no longer a party – this is clientelism.“
In her words, the slogan „in the name of stability“ is a fraud:
„Since this government has been in power, there has not been a single day of stability. You see that it is scandal after scandal. There is no water, prices are skyrocketing, violence in malls, outrageous infrastructure, 50 million for one kilometer of highway - total theft.“
„Industrial production has been down for 24 months. Exports are down 3%. Investments - down 10.9%. Where is the money they took? The debt is running out. The deficit is going to 9-10%. Inflation is rising. Well, is this stability?“
„We no longer meet the criteria for the eurozone. What kind of stability is this? Total collapse of institutions, lack of administrative capacity, no stability.“
The leader of “Unruly Bulgaria“ also recalled the decision of the Constitutional Court:
“The Constitutional Court ruled unequivocally: the last parliamentary elections were falsified. These are fake deputies. This majority is fake. It has produced a fake government with fake votes. I do not recognize them as the legitimate government of Bulgaria.“
When asked if there is social energy for change, Ninova emphasized:
“I travel around the country a lot. There is enormous dissatisfaction. In some cities it is about the lack of water, in others - about violence, in others - about bad roads. The country is seething and seething.“
“People are seething with dissatisfaction. The real alternative is moral and managerial. My team and I have proven that we can – we led Bulgaria out of crises, achieved a record - first place in industrial production and implemented a social program of 22 billion leva with a deficit of under 3%.“
Regarding the speculations surrounding President Radev's party, Ninova said:
„There is a lot of talk about Radev's party. I prefer to see what this party will declare itself for, what it will fight for, what program it will have, and then talk about the essence. My personal opinion is that President Radev missed a big moment - when he raised his fist. Then we all lined up next to him. We were ready to change the model, but he then played with it. It is easy to talk about new saviors. The real test is morality. Our party has already proven that it will not be sold or surrendered.“
„Every day that this government remains is a regression for Bulgaria. Governance is a theater, stability – an illusion. The people see and will not tolerate it any longer.“
