Who will enter "Lukoil" and how will a special manager be appointed at the Burgas refinery? How exactly will it happen and what will the special manager do at the refinery? This was asked to BTV by former Minister of Energy and Economy Yavor Kuyumdzhiev.
And he stated that the only solution for the market is for the state to enter the management of the entire group of companies of "Lukoil".
"Fuels in our country will not disappear, but they may be more expensive. The only thing we can try to do is to pray for a postponement of the sanctions on "Lukoil", he added.
"Either the state will enter the management of "Lukoil", or the refinery will close. "Lukoil" and all its companies are in financial crisis," said former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Milen Keremedchiev.
"Whoever says that there is no problem with the sanctions imposed by the US on "Lukoil" should think twice. Bulgaria is receiving a very serious blow to national security," he added.
