From November 25 to November 27 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., to ensure better visibility for drivers and increase safety, roadside vegetation will be removed between the 21st and 32nd km of the “Hemus“ in the direction of Varna, the "Road Infrastructure" Agency announced.
During the work on the section in the Sofia region, the necessary equipment will be gradually deployed in the emergency lane, and traffic will move to the active and express lanes, writes dariknews.bg.
On November 25, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the prevention of a toll booth at the 21st km of the "Struma" motorway, in the Pernik region, a temporary traffic organization will be introduced.
Passage in both directions along the active and emergency lanes will be limited. Traffic will be carried out in the overtaking lane.
Due to the cleaning of drainage facilities on November 25, traffic between the 55th and 66th km of the "Trakia" motorway in the direction of Sofia will be limited in stages. Traffic in the overtaking lane will be redirected to the active lane from 8:30 to 16:00.
The road agency added that the repair of the asphalt pavement between the 330th and 334th km of the highway in the Sofia lane continues. In the section, passage into the active lane and entry into the emergency lane is restricted, with traffic taking place in the overtaking lane. Activities in the 3.3 km section began on November 18.
The “Road Infrastructure“ Agency appeals to drivers to drive carefully, to observe the rules and speed limits, and not to undertake risky overtaking that endangers the safety of all other travelers.
