The reason - lack of quorum. Only 113 MPs registered at the beginning of the plenary session. Parliament Speaker Raya Nazaryan announced a 30-minute break.
According to the planned agenda, the MPs must consider at second reading amendments to the Law on Public Enterprises, introducing a risk management system and the position of "integrity officer". As well as the first reading of amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax (VAT) and the Law on Trademarks and Geographical Indications.
