A budget can always be better. This was said in the program "Osche ut djen" on BNT by the president of the Confederation of Bulgarian Trade Unions (CITUB) Plamen Dimitrov in connection with the second version of the state budget for next year proposed by the ruling party.

A formula for young doctors and residents must be found, I don't see one being found, said Dimitrov.
According to him, there must be a reform for evaluation and payment in the public sector. These unfair differentiations that are occurring are a well-established picture, he pointed out.
The decoupling of salaries from the average salary in the "Security" sector and in the education sector must be permanent, not just for next year, he noted.
In the first version of the budget, there was a greater ambition to invest more funds, whether the idea was to make them piggy banks for someone, I don't know. Initially, we were explained that this was the only possible budget, now it is the only possible compromise. There must be a third and fourth serious compromise, Plamen Dimitrov also said.
