The decision of the mayor of Botevgrad to ban the counter-protest of the DPS-NN is treacherous. For several reasons.
This was warned about on "Facebook" by Kaloyan Metodiev.
First, it glorifies the DPS, creates an aura of victims for them, gives them a reason to say that they are repressed. We don't need this.
Second, it was much more democratic and expedient to let them bring their buses or however they organize themselves. Let's see who they are, what they look like and how many there are. With the ban, you neither weaken them nor waste their resources.
Thirdly, with this action, the mayor presents himself as a fighter against the model, but in fact provides logistical support for the counter-protests and undermines the possibility of contrast with the natural protests. The opposite effect.
Hopefully it's just emotion or stupidity, and not some scheme from the old tapes on the DPS-Attack model.
