"We Continue the Change" came out with an interesting installation, hours before the expected large protest in the center of Sofia demanding the resignation of the government.
Next to the piggy bank, there is now a large yellow sofa, located in the Triangle of Power between the Parliament, the Council of Ministers and the Presidency, Dariknews.bg reports
"This is Divan Divan. Just like Hamid Hamid and Bayram Bayram, he supports this government. Today, Divan Divan will be waiting for you all day and tonight at the protest, to leave your message to Slavi - the person on whom tomorrow's vote of no confidence depends. "If Slavi supports the vote, this government falls," the PP said on its Facebook page. And they called on people to join the protest tonight.
Today, in the National Assembly, deputies are debating the vote of no confidence in the government. Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov and the members of the cabinet are in the hall. The sixth vote of no confidence was submitted by "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria" (PP-DB) and supported by the signatures of the APS and MECH. Its topic is a failure in economic policy and is the result of the once withdrawn budget for 2026 and the efforts of the ruling majority to make changes to the plan-account and complete the process in the plenary hall.
Meanwhile, PP-DB MP Elisaveta Belobradova brought into the plenary hall a paper figure of the leader of "DPS-New Beginning" Delyan Peevski and placed it on a chair in the row of the parliamentary group. He is currently absent, and there was chaos in the hall.

Requested by free people who know why they are protesting, who are not being driven on buses, who are not afraid that they will be left without a job in the municipality or without firewood if they do not join in. Peevski, come see them! In the photo: the stage for the protest is being built. This time it's bigger", wrote Lena Borislavova from PP-DB on social networks.
A new protest is expected tonight in Sofia. After the initial dissatisfaction with the state budget, the demand has already grown into the resignation of the government. The protest will again be held in the Triangle of Power on “Independence” Square. According to the latest information from the organizers, a march will not be held. At this stage, notices of protest have been filed by “We continue the change“, students from NATFA and Sofia University, as well as an MP from “Vazrazhdane“.
The police have increased security measures. 19 checkpoints will be built around the triangle of power, and uniformed officers are ready for two more mobile ones.
