The resignation of the government is Borisov's decision.
This was told to the Bulgarian National Radio by the leader of "Velichy" Ivelin Mihaylov.
According to him, Delyan Peevski was surprised by the resignation of Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov.
"With these people, anything is possible. ... We have two hypotheses - either a government with Prime Minister Boyko Borisov, or we will go to elections".
According to him, Borisov has received signals from outside that this should no longer be the case, but "it now depends on whether Delyan Peevski will blackmail him into forming a new government".
"Bulgaria can be a reliable ally if there is order and legality. We are not a feudal state in the 21st century and someone can decide and take away businesses, beat people, even disappear people and no one says anything and it is not reflected anywhere. This is not a normal situation", Mihaylov commented.
