In recent weeks, even in an address to the nation, the head of state has called for early parliamentary elections and described the government as “disgraced”. He also mentioned the word “resignation” more than once.
After the government's resignation, which will be voted on in the National Assembly, we will move on to the constitutional procedures in the presidency building. If they are failed and a new cabinet is not formed within the framework of this National Assembly, we will also end up with the list of caretaker prime ministers. There are also new names in it, even the Speaker of the National Assembly Raya Nazaryan, who has recently returned to this position.
