Heavy snowfall complicated the road conditions in Smolyan region tonight.
About 10 centimeters of snow have accumulated in the regional capital, and in the higher parts of the Rhodope Mountains the new snow is about 20 centimeters. Closed to heavy goods vehicles
with trailers and semi-trailers are the Prevala, Rozhen and Pechinsko passes, as well as the roads
Devin - Krichim and Batak - Dospat.
The republican roads are passable in winter conditions, they are covered with snow, but are being processed by snowplows.
