At night, it will still rain lightly in places in Eastern Bulgaria.
The wind will weaken, in many areas it will subside and fog will form in the plains and valleys. Minimum temperatures tomorrow will be between minus 4° and 1°, in Sofia – around minus 1°.
Before noon in many places it will be foggy or with low layered clouds, which will dissipate after noon, but over Northern and Eastern Bulgaria it will persist almost throughout the day. There will be light rain showers in the extreme southeastern regions.
Maximum temperatures will be from around zero in areas with permanent fog to 10° in Southwestern Bulgaria, in Sofia – around 8°, on the coast – from 5° to 7°.
A light and moderate wind will blow from the west-southwest in the mountains. It will be mostly sunny. There will be more significant increases in cloudiness before noon, mainly over Vitosha and Stara Planina, where snow will fly in some places.
Over the weekend , the warming will continue, but will not affect areas with permanent fog. There will also be isolated and light precipitation – on Saturday in the extreme western mountainous regions, on Sunday – in the southern part of the Rhodope Mountains.
On Monday there will be rain, in more places and more in quantity in Southern Bulgaria. Temperatures will still rise, more significantly in Eastern Bulgaria and the regions located north of the mountains, where a strong southerly wind will blow. On Tuesday the wind will weaken, the precipitation will stop everywhere, and the cloud cover will break. It will remain warm for the season.
