The border checkpoint (BCP) "Lesovo" on the border with Turkey is not working at 03:40 due to a power outage, the Main Directorate "Border Police" - Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on the department's website. Information on traffic at Bulgarian border checkpoints and crossings is as of 06:00 this evening. Traffic at the "Kapitan Andreevo" border checkpoint is intense, the "Border Police" added.
At the border crossings with Greece - "Kulata", "Ilinden" and “Kapitan Petko Voivoda“, cars, buses and trucks pass through.
Cars and minibuses up to 3.5 tons pass through the “Rudozem“ border crossing. Vehicles up to 3.5 tons also pass through the “Zlatograd“, “Makaza“ and “Ivaylovgrad“ border crossings.
On the border with the Republic of North Macedonia, traffic is normal at all border checkpoints.
