In Pleven, the lowest temperature this morning was -10.1 degrees. This is not the lowest temperature measured in the regional city this winter. During the previous cold snap, the degrees dropped to -13.
In the last two days, snowfalls in the region of Central, Northern and Northwestern Bulgaria have been around and a little over 10 liters per square meter. The snow cover is between 9 and 13 cm. The most snow fell in the northern part of the Pleven region. The snow cover was about 21 cm.
