It is expected that charges will be raised against the two detainees for animal abuse in the Svishtovsk village of Tsarevets, BNT reports. On Tuesday, during an operation by the State Crime Prevention and Prevention Unit and international services, a 53-year-old man and woman were arrested. They tortured animals, filmed the violence and sold the videos.
The abuses were carried out in an outbuilding and in a garage at the house of the detained Detelin Avramov. During the searches of the premises, leather suits and devices for torturing animals were found.
Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case. It is expected that the measures for the detention of the detainees will also be considered today.
