At night, there will still be rain in the eastern half of the country, but by the morning they will weaken and stop. Over Southwestern Bulgaria, the cloud cover will break and decrease, but in the morning hours it will be foggy in places in the valleys. Minimum temperatures will be from minus 2° in Northwestern Bulgaria to - 7° in the southeastern regions of the country.
During the day in the Danube Plain and the Upper Thracian Lowland there will be low layered clouds. Over Southwestern Bulgaria it will be mostly sunny, but after noon the clouds will increase and rain will fall from the west again.
In the northwestern regions the conditions for ice remain. Almost quiet weather with maximum temperatures of 3° in Northwestern Bulgaria where it will remain cloudy up to 13° - 14° in the extreme southwestern and southeastern regions of the country.
On the Black Sea coast it will be mostly cloudy, in the morning hours with rain showers. After noon along the southern coast there will be temporary breaks in the clouds along the southern Black Sea coast. A moderate wind will blow from the south-southeast. Maximum temperatures will be 9° - 11°. The sea water temperature is 5° - 7°. The sea will be 1 - 2 points.
In the mountains it will be mostly cloudy, with temporary breaks in the clouds over the massifs of Western Bulgaria, but after noon it will increase again and rain will fall, above about 1700 meters - snow. There will be moderate, in the Eastern Stara Planina, Strandzha and Sakar - to strong southwesterly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be about 6°, at 2000 meters - about 1°.
During the weekends the cloudiness will be variable, more often significant. There will also be precipitation, on Saturday light and only in isolated places, on Sunday - more in quantity in Southern Bulgaria. Temperatures will remain without any particular change.
In the first two days of next week a cold snap is expected. In many places in the country it will continue to rain, in Northern Bulgaria and the high valley fields - mostly snow, in Southern - mostly rain. The probability of significant amounts in the southern regions of the country is increasing. It will snow in the mountains and there will be snowstorms and drifts on the mountain passes.
