He explained that we must wait for the physical and objective evidence - the appointed expert examinations, which will show the direction in which to go.
"The investigation must impartially sort out the puzzle. First, it must be clarified whether it is a murder," the lawyer explained to Bulgaria ON AIR.
According to him, it could also be a scandal between them.
Adv. Markovski noted that weapons were found in the hut, and the bodies had gunshot wounds and the forensic examination must establish whether the shots were fired with them or not.
"A very careful inspection of the non-governmental association must be carried out and it must be assessed in what way the children were staying up there. It must be assessed how these children were supervised, psychologists must talk to them. Usually, these places, high in the mountains, are a very good base for criminal activities. They are a convenient place for hiding and developing any criminal activity," the lawyer emphasized.
According to him, political nuances and colors can be sought, but it is possible that they are used by the parties for "political needs".
According to Markovski, it is suspicious and worrying that Kalushev has not contacted his relatives and the investigation for so long: "There is something wrong there".
He specified that usually bodies are doused with flammable liquids before being set on fire in order to cover up the traces.
"If this was the goal of covering up the bodies, it was not done professionally," the lawyer explained about the fire.
"You always follow the hot tracks of the crime. Practice shows that within a short period of time, if serious convincing evidence is not collected and the right direction is not taken, things will stall," warned Markovski.
The lawyer also commented on the leaked intimate videos from beauty studios and a gynecological office.
"If it is established that the people who worked did not know that the cameras were recording and were subsequently distributed, it will be difficult to reach criminal liability," he said.
Markovski also pointed out that this type of crime is not severely punishable and may result in an administrative fine.
"It is a matter of proof who installed these systems and whether the recordings were made consciously," he added.
According to him, the victims can file civil cases against the owners and seek compensation.
