"Alpha Research": Five parties in the next parliament. Rumen Radev leads, followed by GERB - PP-DB, and the BSP is on the line - 1

Vote turnout over 50% and fairer elections. These are people's attitudes about the upcoming vote on April 19. This is shown by the latest survey by sociologists from „Alpha Research“.

The survey was conducted between February 23 and March 2 and is part of the regular monitoring of „Alpha Research“. It was implemented with its own funds.

55.1% of those participating in the survey responded that they would definitely vote. 32.6% indicated that they would not vote, and 12.3% were hesitant.

“Behind these 55% are about 3 million people who are ready to cast their votes on April 19“, explained in “This Morning“ sociologist from “Alpha Research“ Genoveva Petrova.

According to her, there is a “cooling“ of the desire to participate in the vote compared to the end of last year.

The survey shows that Rumen Radev's party is in first place with 32.6%. Second are GERB-SDS with 19.7% support, and third are PP-DB with 12.6%. Fourth are “DPS-New Beginning“ with 9.6%, and fifth is “Vazrazhdane“ with 6.4% support.

The BSP is currently below the 4% barrier with 3.6% support.

“Behind these 32.6% of those who would support Rumen Radev are former BSP voters. The second more significant group are former sympathizers of parties that are defined as radical, populist, nationalist. Here are “Vazrazhdane“ to the greatest extent. To a lesser extent parties such as MECH, “Velichye“, ETN. And 1/3 of a significant group of potential voters are people who did not vote in the last parliamentary elections,“ Petrova pointed out.

According to her, support for Rumen Radev's party is very diverse and accordingly his voters would have diverse expectations.
