"We have a prosecutor's office in which trusted people have been appointed. Now the "little lice" have overgrown many nits in the system to the point that only people loyal to the prosecutor general are in key leadership positions. Prosecutor general Sarafov is loyal to Petyo Euroto, and Petyo Euroto is loyal to Delyan Peevski. This is the hierarchy. Just like next to Delyan Peevski, there is also Boyko Borisov. Peevski works along the lines of compromising materials, and Borisov works along the lines of the institutional racket through control of other services. The two of them in tandem manage the "dwarves" in the prosecutor's office, and if this structure falls, and it may fall, if Kövesi shows interest in why the "Chiren" investigation was stopped, why these investigations were stopped, why Teodora Georgieva was accused - all these allegations are unraveled and cleared, Peevski becomes an accused and Sarafov becomes an accused for various crimes. If a new Supreme Judicial Council is not elected, there will be no one else to indict Sarafov," he explained in an interview for the program "Politically Incorrect."

Chobanov reminded that a year has passed since the video recording from Petyo Euroto's office with Teodora Georgieva was released. At that time, she had already said in the media that she was under pressure from Peevski because of the scandal with Chiren, he pointed out.
"If she had spoken out then, if she had come out to the media, despite the risk of being sanctioned for speaking in the media, because in the European prosecutor's office, speaking to the media is considered sin number one, maybe we wouldn't be with this Chief Prosecutor Borislav Sarafov now, installed there and sabotaging the entire country,", the journalist commented.
According to him, Teodora Georgieva's signal is about her being taken to Petyo Euroto by a prosecutor close to her. According to him, this is Emilia Rusinova, who is currently the head of the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office and for whom there is evidence, photographs and witness statements that she often visited Petyo Euroto together with Borislav Sarafov and they left with envelopes. We also have data that she used Petyo Euroto's property - cars, he added.
"This lady is the emissary who takes Teodora Georgieva to Petyo Euroto, where this conversation takes place, in which she explains what the procedure is for appointing a European prosecutor is, and Petyo Euroto says "We chose you, we will appoint you". Prosecutor Georgieva claims that Emilia Rusinova was cut from the recording so that she would not be compromised and so that she could be subsequently elected head of the key prosecutor's office," Chobanov noted and explained why the SGP is key:

According to him, there are many things about Sarafov that should be investigated by the new special ad hoc prosecutor.
According to him, Delyan Peevski has nothing to report to the same authorities as the Minister of Justice. "He reacted the same way during Teodora Georgiev's first media appearances. He was still sending some signals," he recalled.
