The State Electricity System Operator (ESO) has notified ERM West that in the period from March 16 to 20, 2026, it will continue repair activities at its "Troyan 1" substation, which requires a change in the power supply scheme for electricity consumers in some of the settlements in the municipalities of Lovech and Troyan, Lovech region.
Due to the ESO's repair activities and the change in the power supply scheme for consumers, for the period from 08:00 to 16:30 every day from March 16 to 20, 2026, power supply interruptions are possible in the village of Leshnitsa in Lovech municipality, the villages of Oreshak, Borima, Lomets, Dobrodan, Dalbok Dol, Staro Selo, Golyama Zhelyazna and Shipkovo in Troyan municipality, as well as in the industrial zone and the northern part of the town of Troyan, Troyan municipality, Lovech district.
ERM Zapad, as the operator of the electricity distribution network, is obliged to ensure safe conditions for the implementation of activities at the ESO facility. The change of the power supply scheme cannot be carried out without operational switching, which lead to short power supply interruptions.
ERM Zapad takes all measures to minimize inconvenience to consumers. The company is constantly ready to respond in case of need.
