Two people died and four others were seriously injured in a violent accident near Radomir this afternoon, BNT reported.
The incident occurred in the section between the villages of Stefanovo and Drugan in an extremely severe collision. According to initial information, one car was hit head-on, while the other car was hit from the side, which led to fatal consequences.
Police and emergency teams immediately arrived at the scene, and firefighters had to cut through the metal sheets to extract the trapped people.
The injured were transported to hospital in critical condition. The area remained cordoned off for hours while forensic examinations were conducted. The causes of the accident and whether it was an incorrect maneuver or excessive speed are still being clarified.
