I don't think it was difficult to line up the lists. We always register our lists on the last day. This was stated by the co-chairman of "Yes, Bulgaria" Bozhidar Bojanov in the show "The Day Begins" on BNT, quoted by novini.bg.
We recall that yesterday "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" presented the leaders of their lists for the elections on April 19. Bozhidar Bojanov himself is not the leader of the list, but is fifth in the 23rd MIR Sofia.
"As for me, in politics it doesn't matter where you are on the list. What matters is how much work you do and how much people appreciate it. I always rely on and am grateful to voters for indicating my number with preference. In the previous elections, I had more than Boyko Borisov, who was also the leader of the list. This is not some kind of deception, it is not influence for supremacy", Bojanov pointed out.
Regarding Yavor Bojankov - we had expressed a position that he is useful in parliament, has good oratorical qualities, has his support. But when the alternative is not to show up for elections - it is not a question of prevailing, but of showing reason. No one is more important than the voters to whom we must offer a list, he added.
He specified that the PP's reluctance to include Yavor Bozhankov in the lists for the early vote is related to the election of the speaker of the 51st parliament.
"PP has its candidates, policies, support - this is a union based on values. We can argue about who is the speaker of the National Assembly, we can argue about who is on the lists and in what place, we can argue about how to arrange the lists. What we do not argue about are the main goals that we want to achieve when we have some power - the rule of law, the fight against corruption, Bulgaria being in the heart of Europe. These main highways do not divide us from them. And they don't divide the voters," Bozhidar Bozhanov also said.
I have no doubt that we will agree on a common candidate for president, he was categorical.
