The "Petrohan" case: Nikolay Zlatkov's mother demands a new expert examination - 1

The tragedy in the "Petrohan" passage continues to be shrouded in ambiguity, while the relatives of the victims are waging a parallel battle for the truth.

Ralitsa Asenova, Nikolay Zlatkov's mother, announced publicly on Facebook that an official request for a repeated forensic medical examination has been submitted. The document was signed by five relatives of the deceased in their capacity as injured persons.

The main focus of the dissatisfaction is directed at the existing expert conclusions, which, according to the relatives, contain logical and physical absurdities. Asenova sharply criticizes Ivo Kalushev's expert report, pointing out details that call into question the suicide version.

Physical impossibility: Kalushev was right-handed, but the expert report points to a trajectory of the shot “from below and to the left“.

“Ivey“ mystery: Relatives define the circumstances surrounding Ivey's death as “the biggest mystery“. According to them, it is impossible for him to tear his pants and fire two shots with two different weapons.

Gunpowder burns and the victims' bloody palms reinforce the thesis that the events in the passage did not unfold according to the official scenario.

“Amazing things have happened... how can someone achieve this alone – to shoot yourself twice with different weapons with burnt palms?“, asks Asenova rhetorically on social networks. At the moment, the prosecutor's office has issued rulings on old requests from the families, but the new request aims to clarify where the previous investigative bodies see “suicide“, and the relatives – “execution“.

The state prosecution is expected to decide whether to allow new experts to analyze the specific marks on the bodies and clothes of the deceased.

The case remains under public pressure, as the details provided by Ralitsa Asenova raise serious questions about the quality of the initial investigative actions.
