Rumen Hristov: We are not worried about "Magnitsky", Goranov is one of the best financiers in our country - 1

We are not worried about "Magnitsky", because we consider Vladislav Goranov as one of the best financiers in Bulgaria. He had surpluses, no deficits and we believe that he will be very useful for the return of GERB's policies and positions regarding conservative fiscal policy.

This was said in an interview with the Bulgarian National Radio by GERB-SDS MP Rumen Hristov. He commented on the GERB-SDS lists, the election campaign and expectations from the elections. He explained that they have many young people on the lists, but in politics, renewal comes with experience. When asked who the main opponents of GERB-SDF are in the campaign, he said that they are all their opponents, "because we are in a competition and everyone is fighting for a better place". And they do not pray for the results of their opponents, but pray for their result.

Hristov also said that looking at the sociological surveys that show Rumen Radev's formation as the first, GERB-SDF has not given up working for the first place, "and we will see how the Bulgarian voter will rank us. In politics, 2 months is a long time. I warned at the beginning that victory is not certain. Tonight he will state his priorities. There is an expectation from the Bulgarians for a new savior, but how much did the saviors save us? We saw!", said Rumen Hristov.

And he reminded that the Bulgarian voter will determine the winner of the early parliamentary elections on April 19, and the first will look for partners: "It is too early to talk about an unborn Petko. We want to be the first political force, because we receive our 650 - 700 thousand votes constantly. Now there is a new political formation and I call on Bulgarian citizens to vote. I will not say for whom, but to vote."

About the 51st National Assembly, Hristov commented that it had done good things - with the adoption of laws ensuring the sustainability of Bulgaria. But the 51st National Assembly will be remembered for rudeness and insults, of which he is ashamed. He also recommended that street slang should not be left in the National Assembly. He defined the support of the MRF-NN for the Zhelyazkov government as "in the name of the eurozone". And they will still partner if "there are initiatives that are important for all Bulgarian citizens, especially to adopt laws to receive money in the tranche of the PVP".

"When it comes to geopolitical orientation, pro-NATO and stabilization of Bulgaria, we can work on these topics together." And the election campaign of GERB-SDS Hristov assessed as survival and hope at the same time.

Rumen Hristov stated that if GERB-SDS come first in the elections, they will not raise taxes – "absolutely not"!
