In most of the country throughout the day, the cloudiness will be significant and in many places there will be rain. After noon, the cloudiness will briefly break over the southwestern regions. There will be a moderate, and in Eastern Bulgaria - temporarily strong wind from the north-northeast.
The minimum temperatures will be between 0° and 5°, in the high valley fields of Western Bulgaria - up to minus 2°, and in Sofia - around 1°, and the maximum - between 7° and 14°, in Sofia - around 8°.
Along the Black Sea it will be cloudy with rain, more significant on the southern coast. Moderate and strong winds will blow from the north-northeast. Maximum temperatures will be between 8° and 11°. Sea water temperature is 7°-8°. Sea waves will be 3-4 points.
In the mountains it will be cloudy with snowfall. Moderate and strong northeasterly winds will blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be 2°, at 2000 meters - about minus 3°.
Overcast weather will prevail during the first three days of the week. In many places there will be rainfall, in the mountains - snow. Moderate, in the eastern regions - temporarily strong winds from the east-northeast. Minimum temperatures in most areas will be between minus 1° and 4°, maximum - between 6° and 11°, slightly higher on Wednesday, when precipitation will be in fewer places, and in Western Bulgaria there will be temporary breaks in the clouds.
On Thursday the wind will be oriented from the southeast and daytime temperatures will increase significantly. After a temporary break in the clouds, it will increase again from the west and by the evening it will rain in Western Bulgaria.
