Around 9 a.m. this morning, a 22-year-old woman lost control of her vehicle at an intersection in Stara Zagora, hitting parked cars and a pedestrian. The city's University Hospital confirmed two injured people who are hospitalized in serious condition.
For reasons that are unclear at this time, the driver lost control of the vehicle, entered the sidewalk and hit a pedestrian. The collision also caused material damage to several parked cars.
“The woman driving the car has fractures all over her body and is in danger of dying”, the hospital announced regarding the condition of the 22-year-old driver.
The second victim in the accident is a 54-year-old man. He was admitted to the hospital with a brain injury and remains under medical observation.
