If the elections were held today, five parties would enter the 52nd National Assembly. This is shown by the data of the sociological agencies “Alpha Research“ and “Market Links“, which were presented in the special studio of bTV “Elections 2026. Bulgaria decides“.
The data is a representative survey of the adult population of the country, conducted by the “Alpha Research“ agency and financed by bTV. The sample size is 1,000 people. A stratified two-stage sample with a quota based on the main socio-demographic characteristics was used. The information was collected through a direct standardized interview with tablets at the homes of the respondents. The survey was conducted in the period 12 - 20 March 2026.
The data of „Market Links“ are from a national survey, financed and implemented jointly by bTV and „Market Links“. The survey was conducted among 1008 people over the age of 18 in the country in the period 17 - 21 March 2026 using the methods of direct-personal interview and online survey.
According to „Alpha Research“ „Progressive Bulgaria“ of Rumen Radev would receive 29.4%. In second place is the GERB-SDF coalition with 20.7%.
PP-DB are the third political force with 11.5%, and MRF - fourth with 9.9%. „Vazrazhdane“ is the fifth political force that will cross the threshold - with 6.8%.
The race to reach 4% is contested. Several political forces have a real chance of achieving a result that would allow them parliamentary representation. Among those who have decided who they will vote for, 3.8% have indicated the BSP. MECH has 3.3%.
Following are the „Siyanie“ coalition with 2.4% and „Velicie“ with 2.2%.

According to “Market Links“ among the voters, the “Progressive Bulgaria“ coalition receives 24.4%, GERB-SDS - 18.6%, and PP-DB - 11.1%. DPS has 8.8%, and “Vazrazhdane“ - 4.6%.

Both agencies predict a voter turnout that has not been observed in parliamentary elections in recent years – over 54%.
Among the leading problems that must be solved by the parliamentarians in their first 100 days, respondents from „Alpha Research“ indicate – „incomes and standard of living“, as well as „prices and inflation“.
According to the respondents, the political forces do not talk about the real problems. The assessment of the country's development is similar – 72% answer that the country has been going in the wrong direction over the past year.
