Today, Advocate General Nicholas Emiliu expressed his opinion before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on the case related to the removal of Andrey Gyurov as Deputy Governor of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB), which confirms the legality of the BNB's decision to remove him.
For our country, this means only one thing - that President Iliana Yotova, who did not listen to the warnings that Andrey Gyurov cannot take the post of caretaker prime minister, bears all responsibility for this illegal election and the consequences of him.

The illegal caretaker prime minister, subordinate to the Sorosoid networks, who acts as the coordinator of the election headquarters of those connected to the "Petrohan" affair and the newly formed ex-presidential party, not only has no right to be in this responsible position at a crucial moment for the world and the country, but also continues to trample on the law and the Constitution with his actions.
Beyond any doubt is the independence of European institutions that declared this violation of the law.
This is a resounding slap in the face to President Yotova and a serious institutional threat to democracy in Bulgaria.
