Rumen Radev: I want to make it clear - there will be no coalition with Peevski and Borisov - 1

The most terrible thing for our country is not poverty, not even inequalities, but that people are being oppressed and crushed, and fear of scoundrels and feudal lords is instilled in their souls".
This was stated by the president (2017-2026) and leader of the coalition „Progressive Bulgaria“ Rumen Radev at meetings with citizens in Krumovgrad and Momchilgrad, quoted by novini.bg

Radev pointed out that people come to him to express their support, but they add that they cannot do so publicly because they are afraid that their loved ones will lose their jobs and businesses.
The leader of “Progressive Bulgaria“ also noted that during his meetings with people they are also interested in whether there is a risk that the coalition will “assemble“ with “the same ones from the mafia.”

”I want it to be clear once and for all: a coalition with Peevski and Borisov is impossible and will not exist!”, Rumen Radev emphasized.

He added that the main task of “Progressive Bulgaria“ is the disposal of the oligarchic model of governance, and this also means that there can be no more shameful assemblies.

“Once and for all, we will put an end to this shameful episode in which fear is instilled in people and they are kept in submission using levers such as social benefits“, Rumen Radev pointed out.

He drew attention to the sociological surveys that show the categorical victory of “Progressive Bulgaria” in the elections and stressed that while others fill halls with employees brought in from municipal administrations, the free people of Bulgaria come to his coalition's events.

Radev also recalled that when all institutions were subordinated to the oligarchy, it was the presidential institution that remained the only stronghold of statehood and justice, and now the trust of citizens is expressed through their increasingly massive support for the dismantling of the oligarchic model by the "Progressive Bulgaria" coalition.
