The Ministry of Finance provides access to the database with all public procurements in the country. They are expected to be published today on the department's website.
This was announced by the acting Minister of Finance Georgi Klisurski.
"This concerns over 7 thousand public procurements with a total value of over 30 billion euros", the minister announced.
According to him, when he took office, he requested information about public procurements from all departments so that where there are problematic ones, they could be stopped.
Irregularities have been established in several of them.
Klisurski announced that 6 thousand of the procurements already have contracts included. He announced that there was an order to conduct a major review of the documentation of the remaining thousand that are in progress.
