Two people died and 20 were injured in 19 accidents on the territory of the country over the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Interior announced on its website.
One serious and 30 minor traffic accidents were registered in Sofia, one person died, BTA specified.
Since the beginning of the month, there have been 132 accidents with nine deaths and 152 injuries. Road accidents since the beginning of the year are 1368 with 98 deaths and 1693 injuries.
Compared to the same period in 2025, when 89 road traffic participants died, this year there are nine more.
