A total of 19 members of the political cabinets of the acting Prime Minister Andrey Gyurov and the Deputy Prime Ministers Andrey Yankulov and Maria Nedina have submitted the legally required declarations of incompatibility.
The documents are submitted within one month of taking office and contain information on whether the relevant persons hold other positions, or participate in the management and ownership of commercial companies. If incompatibility is established, it must be removed within another month.
A check of the website of the Council of Ministers shows that only two out of a total of 19 advisors and heads of offices have declared incompatibility.
Among them is journalist Iskra Angelova, a member of Prime Minister Gyurov's cabinet, who is the owner of “Wonderland Production" EOOD. Her declaration states that steps have already been taken to transfer her stake in the company.
Irina Draganova, a member of Maria Nedina's political cabinet, has also declared incompatibility. Draganova has announced that she is a member of the board of directors of "Collection Company Bulgaria".
The declarations are public and can be read on the website of the Council of Ministers, in the "Inspectorate" section.
