At night, cloudiness from the northwest will begin to increase and by the morning in places in Northwestern Bulgaria it will rain. Minimum temperatures will be between 5° and 10°, in Sofia – around 6°.
A yellow code has been declared in many regions of Southern Bulgaria for intense rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms. Maximum temperatures will be between 13° and 19°, in Sofia – around 13°, and along the Black Sea coast – between 13° and 17°. A light to moderate wind will blow from the northwest, and in Eastern Bulgaria – from the northeast, which will bring in colder air. There will also be precipitation in the mountains, above 1600 meters – of snow. It will be more significant in the Rhodopes, Strandzha and Sakar, where thunderstorms are also expected. The wind will be moderate to strong from the northwest.
On Wednesday it will continue to rain. There will be a moderate to strong northerly wind and the cold will continue.
In the coming days it will remain windy with a moderate, temporarily strong northwesterly wind. Cloud cover will be variable.
On Thursday the minimum temperatures will be the lowest – between 1° and 6°, and the maximums will start to rise.
On Friday and Saturday the probability of precipitation is low, but isolated, light precipitation is not ruled out, mainly in the mountains.
