Judicial reform will not happen only with the votes of the PB and service organizations. Because the formation of the SJC also depends on those we will reform. These are the individual corrupt units of the judiciary. Thus, the entire reform may take years. There will be delays, there will be appeals, they are masters of this exercise.

It would be better to overcome the corruption of the entire judiciary, adopt a law that would first sweep the relatives out of this power. Just the first step. Then change the way the SJC is formed. You don't need this complicated system. The corrupt cannot elect their own representatives. It becomes a democracy, but not quite there.
