The Prosecutorial College of the Supreme Judicial Council is deciding today whether to initiate disciplinary action against Borislav Sarafov. The topic is included as the second item on the agenda of the personnel officers.
The proposal was initiated by the acting Minister of Justice Andrey Yankulov.
According to him, as acting Prosecutor General Sarafov has not fulfilled his request to unravel the “Eight Dwarfs” case, he has made inadmissible statements regarding the Supreme Court of Cassation, he has distributed communication with the European Prosecutor's Office on the case with Teodora Georgieva, as well as he has made an inappropriate statement at the very beginning of the “Petrohan” investigation.
