A video clip circulated on social networks shows an elderly man pointing a crossbow at a young man walking his dog on a street in Plovdiv, reports Bulgaria ON AIR.
The footage shows the man shooting from the terrace of his apartment and targeting people passing by.
The incident occurred in the area of "Dobrotich" Street and "Pobeda" Boulevard, and according to information in the video, the man also made threats to the boy and threw glass bottles from the terrace.
