Only two locations - "Xladilnika" and "Tsapigpadcĸo soce", which attracted more than half of the office areas in the construction phase in Sofia in the first quarter of 2024, according to the data of the MVL agency.
At the beginning of this year, no new buildings were completed, but at the end of the year, the total area of these is about 260,000 sq.m. A quarter of it is in the "Refrigerator", and in the "Cup". about 21%. All in all, the economic activity increased by 8% on an annual basis.

"Π in 2024, it expects the completion and commissioning of new nearly 100,000 sq. m. m offices. As a result of this, they do not expect visible changes in the levels of available office space for rent" predicted by the Ministry of Finance.
