Sustainable growth in the investment activity of the municipality of Troyan, Mayor Donka Mihailova reported. The data show that the trends for the growth of approved investment projects and issued building permits continue. As of the beginning of May 2023, 77 building permits have been issued, and for the current year their number is 81.
"I find that this topic is particularly important, because it is an indicator of how our municipality is developing and at what pace we are moving forward,", commented Mihailova.
She indicated that the municipality of Troyan continues to be a leader in the construction sector, as three projects for municipal objects have been approved for the considered period in 2023, and for the current year - 11. " This is also explained by the expanded possibilities for financing with funds from the state budget, but also with funds from the municipal budget," she added.
Among the key construction permits are those for the construction of children's playgrounds in various areas of the municipality, as well as for emergency strengthening of sections of municipal roads and new street water pipes in several villages.
Larger sites such as the "Vazrazhdane" square, the pedestrian bridge in the city center, the second stage of the retaining wall next to the Troyan monastery and the museum in Cherni Osam have also received construction permits. A permit for the renovation of the Secondary School "St. Kliment Ohridski".
