On October 24 of this year, Dr. Stanimir Hasardzhiev, Rosen Belov, Simeon Dryanovski and Anastasios Mihailydis were arrested. The detention came after a 20-year-old boy complained that he was being held by force in Hasardzhiev's apartment. The investigation data showed that the young man was also given a cocktail of drugs.
After questioning, the Greek model was placed under house arrest. Before the court, Mihailydis stated that he lived with Hasardjiev for 4 months because he needed somewhere to stay.
On October 28, the court left Hasardjiev, Belov and Dryanovski in custody. They are accused of coercion for which a firearm was used. The court considered that they and their actions are socially dangerous. Drugs were found in Dr. Hasardjiev's home. There is also a reasonable assumption that they committed what they are accused of.
On December 3, the Sofia District Court postponed the hearing on the detention order of Dr. Stanimir Hasardjiev, actor Rosen Belov and former legionnaire Simeon Dryanovski to December 9 this year. The reason is that one of the accused has an eye disease that was life-threatening, which is why an expert examination of his health condition was ordered.
