A large illegal base for production, storage and distribution of anabolic steroids has been uncovered by the Sofia police. The owner of the base has been detained. 4 years ago he was registered for the same illegal activity. The supplements were distributed via internet sites, BNT reports.
„Millions of blisters and ampoules have been discovered, which according to our information contain anabolic substances. Then, through their distribution on the internet, they reach users who do not know what they are injecting into their bodies. We found that these brands are not registered in any commercial networks, but the manufacturer simply chose names at random and distributed them via internet sites. The relevant expert reports are to be appointed, which will establish the active substance in the relevant ampoules and blisters, but it is assumed that these are testosterone-derived products, which are distributed more in the fitness industry. The perpetrator of this crime was registered for the same act 4 years ago. The amount found at this address is huge," commented Lyubomir Nikolov, Director of the State Directorate of Internal Affairs.
