The Burgas District Prosecutor's Office is expected to file a request for a restraining order against the driver of the TIR truck, who caused the death of one person and injured two others in a serious accident near Karnobat.
He has been charged with a crime committed through negligence. He has been detained in custody for a period of 72 hours.
The District Prosecutor's Office must file the request before the expiration of this period.
