The Como team achieved a convincing victory against Pisa with 5:0 in a match from the 30th round of the Italian Serie A. Bulgarian national defender Rosen Bozhinov remained an unused reserve for the visiting team, BTA reported.
Asan Diao opened the score for Cesc Fabregas' team in the seventh minute, Anastasios Douvikas made it 2:0 after half an hour of play.
Como did not give up after the break and in the third minute after the resumption of play Martin Baturina made it 3:0. Nicolas Paz made it 4:0 a quarter of an hour before the end of regular time. That wasn't all, as Massimo Perrone also scored a fifth goal ten minutes from time.
Pisa substitute Henrik Meister scored the ball into Como's net in the 61st minute, but the goal was disallowed for offside.
Como are fourth in the standings with 57 points, four more than fifth-placed Juventus. Pisa are in last 20th place with 18 points, which is also shared by second-bottom Verona.
