A 37-year-old Bulgarian citizen was stabbed to death outside a nightclub in the Peristeri suburb of the Greek capital Athens, Greek media reported, quoted by BTA.
As reported by state television ERT, the incident occurred at around 3 a.m. when the man who was in the establishment went out to talk to another person.
A few minutes later, the Bulgarian fell bleeding after being stabbed in the abdomen. He was taken to hospital, where despite the efforts of doctors, he died from his injuries.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the attack.
