Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said today that Kiev is ready for peace talks anywhere except Russia and Belarus, if these talks will end the war, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
At the same time, the head of state stressed that Ukrainian forces "will not take a step back" on the battlefield to cede territory.
In comments to media representatives published today, Zelensky called on US lawmakers to approve tougher sanctions against Russia.
He also said that Ukraine will need stable funding from its European allies for another two or three years.
