Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked all Ukrainian brigades and units that are defending the Donetsk region, including the National Guard troops and military intelligence. According to Ukrinform, the head of state said this in his night video address, BTA reported.
Zelensky noted that today he heard reports from the Ukrainian military, including a separate briefing from Vasyl Malyuk, head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
"In Pokrovsk, we continue to destroy the occupiers. I would like to especially praise the staff of the Special Operations Center "A" of the Security Service of Ukraine, which systematically and very effectively destroys the Russian occupiers and their equipment in the Pokrovsk area and in the city itself. Thank you, guys, for the results achieved. There are also necessary results from our units that are fighting in this direction: our assault units, our drone operators, our soldiers from the National Guard, the Military Law Enforcement Service, Military Intelligence and, of course, all the brigades that are defending the Donetsk region,” Zelensky said.
The President of Ukraine also noted that a lot of work is being done with international partners – primarily to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense and energy sectors.
Zelensky added that Ukraine is also building the necessary ties with partners to ensure equally rapid international support.
