Gunvor withdraws offer to buy Russian oil company Lukoil's international assets.
Earlier, the US Treasury Department said the US would not grant Gunvor a business license while the conflict in Ukraine continues.

Earlier, Lukoil, which is subject to US sanctions, announced that it had received an offer from Gunvor Group to acquire LUKOIL International GmbH, which owns Lukoil Group's international assets.
