The Russian armed forces announced that they have taken control of two additional villages in Ukraine, Reuters reports, noting that the news has not been confirmed by independent sources, BTA reports.
According to the statement of the Russian Defense Ministry, these are the village of Kucherivka in the Kharkiv region and the village of Rivne in the Donetsk region.
The document specifies that Russian troops have carried out strikes on Ukrainian transport, fuel and energy infrastructure, as well as on military facilities and complexes using long-range drones.
