The Russian army has been carrying out a drone attack on Kryvyi Rih in the Dnipropetrovsk region since ten o'clock, the head of the city's Defense Council, Alexander Vilkul, reported, Ukrinform reported, quoted by Focus.
“Since night and morning, the enemy has been directing drones towards our city“, Vilkul said. According to him, a one-story private house was partially destroyed, and the fire that arose as a result of the attack has already been extinguished. A 70-year-old woman was injured.
Around 10:00 a.m., the city representative said that the attack had been going on for ten hours and that there were still “Shahedi“ drones over the city.
On the night of January 14, Russian forces carried out a massive drone attack that left much of Kryvyi Rih without electricity and heating. More than 45,000 subscribers were affected by emergency outages, and about 700 houses were left without heating.
Earlier, on January 8, the Russian army hit residential buildings in Kryvyi Rih with ballistic missiles, also causing significant damage.
