The White House has released a photo generated in X of US President Donald Trump with a penguin, RBC reported.
„Hug the penguin“, says publication.
The image was created using artificial intelligence. In the photo, Trump walks through the snow with a penguin holding an American flag in its wings.
The US president and his companion are heading towards the Greenlandic flag.
Trump has repeatedly stated that the US should control Greenland. He claims that the island is „surrounded“ by Russian and Chinese warships and that Greenland is „absolutely important“ to US national security.
The US president has not ruled out the use of force to annex of Greenland, but during a speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, he stated that the US would not use military force.
Trump is confident that once the deal with Greenland is implemented, the United States will have full access to the territory and will be able to deploy any equipment and weapons it deems necessary.
